The North East Housing Partnership is a group of housing associations and local authorities that own social homes across the North East Combined Authority (NECA) region. Together we own and manage more than 200,000 homes. We work together to support NECA to deliver a comprehensive housing pan for the region that drives inclusive economic growth, supports net zero, and helps residents live healthier lives.
