British Esports Federation is the national body for esports in the United Kingdom. Guided by its three core aims; Promote, Improve, and Inspire, positioning esports as a safer, healthier, and more inclusive form of digital engagement, while improving standards across facilities, education, safeguarding, and workforce development. Positioning esports as a catalyst for innovation, skills development and economic growth, working closely with governments, education providers, employers, and investors, British Esports supports the development of talent pipelines into the digital, creative, sport, and STEM sectors.
British Esports are recognised as one of the leading federations globally and are responsible for Team Great Britain’s participation in international competitions.
British Esports has been instrumental in the development of specialist esports and digital performance facilities, including the National Esports Performance Campus and the British Arena in Sunderland, demonstrating how targeted investment in skills led infrastructure can drive regeneration, attract talent, and stimulate inclusive growth.
British Esports will showcase how strategic investment in people, place and infrastructure can unlock long-term economic, social and skills-led growth.
Through flagship developments such as the National Esports Performance Campus, the British Arena and the Esports Business Cluster, we will demonstrate how specialist programmes and facilities inspire future talent, stimulate economic regeneration, attract investment and support education through re-engagement and reskilling.
